Overview
For Sushi Hare, we set out to photograph more than just food we wanted to express the quiet precision and seasonal elegance that define their omakase experience.
Approach
We used a mixed format of macro stills and action shots to create a sense of flow - moving between close-up ingredients, chef hands at work, and plated compositions.
The lighting was intentionally warm and intimate, echoing the glow of an omakase counter. We leaned into rich wood tones and natural textures, allowing the sushi to stand as both product and art form.
